Vista Caribe

Vista Caribe was a great property for my family vacation. It had all the needed amenities and was very clean and kept in great shape. The views from anywhere (patio, living room, bedrooms) were spectacular. The staff at Catered To were great to work with. Overall, my family had a great relaxing vacation.

This is a beautiful home with an incredible outdoor area. We loved the pool, gazebo and covered patio...the view is outstanding. The house is spacious and well laid out. It was nice to have a separate guest house as well. The only two negatives involved dogs in the area. Our first day there, a loose dog in the neighborhood jumped up on our (adult) daughter and bit her hand. We spent several hours at a local health clinic on Christmas Eve, as a result. She was ok but shaken up. The second thing, is that a neighbor who lives there year round, has a dog that barks a lot. Since we spent so much time outside, it did get a bit annoying. Overall, our experience was great and Catered To was very
helpful throughout the rental process. We even shipped a few boxes ahead of time which they kindly delivered to the house.

i've been traveling to all 3 of the main usvi for the last 2 years staying in a variety of houses (VRBOs, etc) -- this is the only house that has lived up to its billing and hype and the support from Catered To has been outstanding

Like every other vacation where we have stayed at Vista Caribe, the property was in amazing condition, and we couldn't be happier!

Beautiful home with beautiful views of Great Cruz Bay. This home looks down over the Westin and Epstein's Island off in the distance. Home is in a gated community and is about a 10 minute drive to all of the action in town. Home is split between pool house which is HUGE and main house with kitchen, den and 3 large bedroom suites. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for cooking every meal and blending cocktails. The kitchen has every utensil you need and plenty of plates, dishes, pots, pans, etc.

Home comes with an icemaker (not enough to fill your cooler daily), a decent cooler to take to the beach, and about 9 beach chairs. The TV's all work well, there is a great blue-tooth speaker, and an excellent WIFI connection.

This is the second time staying in this home and we were just as please as the first time. In fact it may have improved a bit since we knew what to expect. This time we cooked at the house more often. There are only 2 drawbacks that I can mention. First, Since 2020 the trees have grown up a bit blocking the view from the pool. This is NOT a deal breaker but just an observation. The views from the house are still unobstructed! Next are the roosters in the neighborhood. OMG! they start at 5am and go all day long. At first it is funny but then it gets a little annoying. If you are looking for peace and quiet please be warned that this may be a deal breaker for this house. I noticed that there were very few iguanas compared to last time so maybe they can "relocate" the roosters too.

Catered To is an EXCELLENT company to work with. We worked with Vernesta and she was always eager and willing to quickly answer any questions or give directions/advice on what to do. If you are looking for a beautiful home, you should strongly consider this one!

Our stay at Villa Caribe was wonderful. This property is huge, private, beautiful, and very comfortable. The full-house air conditioning made our stay pleasant with the extreme heat. The house and property was very clean. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, which was used day and evening. We have rented various houses through Catered To for many years, and this was the nicest house we have stayed in. It appeared to be brand new. We highly recommend Villa Caribe!
