Sunset Beach

Sunset Beach worked really well for us - just a short drive from town we were able to enjoy the quiet of the home, and pop in to town as we wanted. The pool was lovely - and the layout of the house worked for gathering together as a family, while also giving everyone the space they needed to rest and relax. The rental team was great - the place was clean and there were even some small provisions provided for our arrival which was a sweet touch. Overall - we really enjoyed our stay - and my mom is ready to book again for next year.

Spent a week here with my spouse and 3 other couples. Amazing views, great snorkeling right off the point. The pool is beautiful, clean, and a wonderful place to relax after a morning exploring Cruz Bay or north shore beaches. The outdoor showers in two of the bedrooms are an amazing feature! The house is well maintained and we felt right at home for the whole week.

Our group of 8 had an amazing time at the Sunset Beach Villa during our 5 night stay! It is a large, updated home with gorgeous views all around. It is about a 12 minute drive to get to Cruz Bay by car so very convenient. The Catered To team was very responsive before and during our stay and took care of our minor issues very promptly. The home is well-equipped and we cooked many of our meals at the house without any issues. The AC in the rooms are great and kept us cooled off. Also appreciated having 2 sets of washer/dryers on site. We loved having access to our own pool as well as rocky beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Catered To has been one of my favorite management companies to use when visiting St. John. They are very responsive and friendly. Sunset Beach was the perfect villa for our week long stay. The house was in good condition, the kitchen was well equipped, and the grounds were well kept. We will definitely be renting this villa again on a return trip!

Four adults, three kids. House was perfect. Pool was shaded in the afternoon so the kids could swim without concerns of getting burned. Kitchen very well equipped. No AC in main area not an issue, we were there in mid June as doors and windows on all four sides. Great covered porch on upper level perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing anytime. They provide beach towels, huge packing help. And washing machine and dryer allowed us to wash bathing suits mid trip. Not far from grocery store. Would return every year if the kids would come

We had the most spectacular holiday at Sunset Beach. The house was incredibly comfortable and completely accommodating. The beach front property was the nicest place we've ever stayed. We just adored all of the amenities; the gorgeous pool, hammock under the palm tree, the comfortable beds and outdoor showers. We can't wait to come back.
