We have visited St. John many times and wanted to share the island with dear friends. Southern breeze provided the perfect place to stay while rediscovering the island. It provided the 4 of us each our own bedroom and bath while offering wonderful common areas to share cocktails, meals and expansive views. The kitchen had every convenience and we loved having 2 washers and dryers! The property managers, Robin and Vanessa were wonderful to work with and responded promptly when called. The only comment from our friends and I will agree is that the pool could be situated in a much sunnier spot and we would like the resident iguana to move elsewhere! Honestly, the house was where we loved on the island, close enough for dining out but private and quiet when you need to recharge from the day. We explored all the beaches and found our favorite at Francis Bay. Skinny Legs was one of our lunch time haunts and we loved Oceans 362, Morgans Mango and La Tapa! St. John has it all and it never disappoints. Thanks to Catered to, we found a perfect spot!

Perfect house for those looking for 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool, great view and attentive management company. Very minor maintenance requests resulted in them showing up within 30 minutes to correct the issue. Plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils. More than enough bedding, towels and beach gear. Very good upkeep on the residence,

We have rented from Catered To several times in the past and always will in the future. Southern Breeze was absolutely beautiful, and if you enjoy the sunrise, this is your spot.

We first stayed at the property when it was called Le Virage 5 years ago and once again had a great stay. The house has been nicely updated with a new kitchen and furniture. This is an ideal property for a large family or couple families. We ranged in age from 5 to 70. Plenty of room to spread out, great privacy and views of Fish Bay, a nice small pool and outdoor landscaping. It has comfortable beds and the kitchen's well appointed. You really can't beat the location. We had no complaints during our 8 days. One tip: save yourself the hassle of the narrow driveway and park on the street!

We had a great trip to St. John and Southern Breeze could not have been better for us. Great location, beautiful views and a very comfortable house. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and evenings and the sunrise in the mornings. We hope to return to St. John and will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed Southern Breeze. The house was clean, well equipped and easy to get to. The inside stairs were great for the rainy days. Our greeter from Catered To Vacation Homes gave us a thorough tour of the home and provided us with all the information we needed. We will definitely use Catered To in the future and would definitely consider Southern Breeze again.
P.S. Maybe add a cocktail shaker to mix of kitchen amenities ;-)
