Estate Rose

We had an amazing stay at Estate Rose. Such a beautiful property, gorgeous views, incredible landscaping and close to Cruz Bay! Enjoyed every minute and hope to return soon!

We spent much of our time at the villa, shopped and cooked for ourselves mostly, and were extremely comfortable and pleased. A thoroughly relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful spots on St John - or anywhere else! Enjoyed the national park beaches; spent 1 day in town, but otherwise on our own and visiting many longtime friends on St John

This is a beautiful and spacious villa that has everything you could possibly need. The grounds are lovely and there are many different choices to sit with beautiful views in every direction. Having so much space outside made it feel very private even though it is very conveniently located close to town. The beds were super comfortable and the towels plentiful. It was wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this St. John vacation home—it truly felt like a home away from home for our family of four. From the moment we were greeted by Winnie, our friendly greeter, we felt welcomed and at ease. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our week. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to everything St. John has to offer while still feeling peaceful and private. We loved hanging out together in the space, exploring the island, and simply soaking up the beauty around us. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay in St. John.

We had been to theVI , both US and Brit , on numerous occasions . Every visit was pretty special . But this time meant so much toys for several reasons . We had originally booked Estate Rose in 2017 for March 2018 . Then came the Hurricane , the owners of this property were kind enough to allow us to change our reservation to March 2019 . Five days prior to our booking ,I go for an elective catherization and land up with a triple bypass . Once again , CateredTo and the owners were considerate beyond our expectations. Finally March 2020 ,we're on St John . The island and it's residents have bounced back tremendously . We were so happy to see the resilience of a proud people and a wonderful environment . Estate Rose was the sweetest surprise. Perfect locaticn, great grounds,plantings and bird life, the best pool on St John . Great furnishings , comfortable bed rooms, and a steady breeze . Even , a resident iguana . Thanks so much for sharing your villa . God willing , we will be back .

We loved Estate Rose. It was very spacious and ideal for our family. Great Room had a fabulous view overlooking the pool on one side and the bay on the other. The outdoor patio for grilling was awesome as well. So many places to sit with a view that it made it hard to choose! Kitchen well stocked with every cooking utensil you could think of.Grounds were spectacular with beautiful vegetations with the pool area being the most inviting. Loved waking up every morning watching the sunrise. Catered personnel were very easy to work with and we really appreciating the special accommodations they made with our extended stay due to cancelled flights. We were very satisfied with our stay and can't wait to come back!
