Esprit is centrally located, an easy drive down to Cruz or Coral Bay and just 10 minutes from the magical beaches of the North Shore.

The villa itself, recently renovated from top-to-bottom, inside and out, offers a perfect balance of comfort, style and privacy. The owner’s personal artistic touches abound throughout this bright and colorful home that is cooled by trade winds all year long. The great room is complete with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining spaces, and a home entertainment center. Several tiers of balconies overlook the valley below, and the sunny lower deck boasts a saltwater pool and outdoor shower. The three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You’ll also find the interior staircase leading to two bedroom suites is perfect for families with younger children. And no need to worry about island power outages —the villa’s whole-house generator operates everything in the house (lights, appliances, air conditioning, TV and internet) any time the power goes out.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful villa atop Bordeaux Mountain. Catered Too is very professional and a delight to work with. The villa accommodated our family very well. Lots of space to spread out, beautiful gardens, and of course the views and breezes are top notch!

The property was everything promised and more! You simply can't beat the views! This was our 1st trip to St. John & we were worried about the location, but it was absolutely perfect! Took less than 15-20 mins to get to most Bays & Cays! The home itself was a gem! From the indoor/outdoor bathrooms to views from every level, you're not going to want to leave!! Did I mention the sunrises and the amazing breezes?? Would definitely lease again!!

We had a fabulous stay at Espirit. We had never stayed on this side of St John and I was worried about the location but it was great. Very quiet and serene with beautiful views. And lots of chirping birds! The house was wonderful, perfect layout for us. The view were outstanding and the breezes made it very comfortable - even in July. Catered To was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful with everything. I highly recommend this home and Catered To.

Esprit does have amazing views! We had a lovely week in Esprit, enjoying touring St. John by day and relaxing by night. It was great to be welcomed by the staff at CateredTo -- very responsive and helpful. They helped us identify provisioners and worked with them so that we had food waiting for us when we arrived. We will remember this vacation fondly for years to come and hope to return!

This was our 3rd time to St. John and 2nd experience with Catered To. The property is far from where we usually stay (Cruz Bay) but we learned to love that side. The house is beautiful and the views spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped. There are windows that are ceiling to floor that enhance the view. In short, we loved the house. Catered To was great too. There personnel is second to none.

Our family loved the privacy and location of Esprit! The view was amazing, bedrooms and living area were very comforting, and we had everything we needed. We loved being close to Coral Bay and secluded beaches.
