Coqui is a newly renovated cliff side villa perched 50 feet above the brilliant blue waters of Pillsbury Sound overlooking St. Thomas. Named for the sound made by St. John’s softly chirping tree frogs, Coqui combines island charm and modern convenience into one perfect vacation home. Coqui offers every modern convenience including full air conditioning. The three plush bedroom suites are replete with imported Italian tile and richly burnished tropical hardwood, and each looks out on those spectacular vistas.

Located on the southwestern shore of the island, Coqui commands constant breezes with an incomparable 180 degree panoramic view that will take your breath away. Quiet and private, this beautiful home is within easy driving distance of Cruz Bay’s shopping, dining and nightlife options. It’s also only a short drive to the peerless beaches of the North Shore. After a day spent soaking up the sun, you’ll come home to Coqui content, ready to be lulled to sleep by the chirps of the tree frogs.

Coqui is a beautiful house located very near to all the restaurants and shops at Cruz Bay. The view is spectacular and the furnishings were beautiful. The house was very well maintained. We enjoyed our visit very much. We have used Catered to several times and they are great. They are our go to rental agency in St. John

Coqui was amazing! Spotless, professional and friendly management team, MAGICAL sunsets like we had never seen before, spacious, fabulous pool deck and pool, private and lush property, great road for long walks (hilly but not too hilly), close to town.

We loved our almost two week stay here. It felt like home. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could need, the grill is big and nice, high end washer and dryer for laundry.

We have stayed all over the island and you really cannot beat the quick drive into town and the markets.

The house was well stock with high end appliances and utensils. Beautiful furniture and decorations. Great location with a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

It has been a while since we were in St. John due to a family health issue. We spent quite a few years renting Coqui back then. We were able to come back to beautiful St. John and were lucky Coqui was open the week we wanted. After all these years Coqui is still as lovely and in as beautiful condition as it was back then. Everything you would need is there to make your stay perfect. We were met at the ferry by management to be sure we knew our way to the home and to be sure we were happy with the villa. The location is not far from town and the ocean views are amazing. At night you can clearly see St.Thomas lit up. Management is available at all times if you need them.

I brought my family to this villa for a week stay. It was absolutely as advertised! The views were spectacular. Snorkel equipment, beach towels, and coolers were also included. It was easy to get anywhere on the island from the location. A definite must stay!
