Conveniently located in Great Cruz Bay just a few minutes from town, Villa Royce is nearly new construction with personal touches that can be found throughout. Living spaces have a Mediterranean flair and a soothing neutral color scheme. Open the great room on all sides to let in the refreshing breezes and Caribbean sunshine. Take a dip in the pool or spa or relax in a lounger. Dine alfresco on the covered veranda overlooking the bay full of sailboats. Guests of this villa often refer to it as their favorite. • Each bedroom has a sun rise view with ensuite bathroom. Great location, only a 5 minute drive to town but so much privacy at villa.
