Latitude 15A

This is probably the 7th time staying at Latitude. We totally enjoy all the accommodations, pool, spa, and view. This was the first time we had a rain storm and it was great! Warm rain and a lot of it. This villa has everything you need and catered to is wonderful! And as always the island, beaches and restaurants are fabulous! Love the fact we can stock the house before we arrive. We recommend this villa. It was a very relaxing vacation.

From the booking to the checkout, Catered To gave us an unparalleled experience in customer service. Someone met us at the ferry so that we could follow them to the villa, and then showed us around the villa. The villa itself was the best stocked place I have ever stayed in/rented. Everything was extremely clean and the villa had a backup generator so that we never lost power during a scheduled power outage while we were on island. Driving on the island can be treacherous but I will say our driveway wasn't too bad. The location was extremely convenient and a less than ten minute drive to Cruz Bay. Would definitely stay here again and would not even attempt to book through anyone else. Catered to helped with a grocery provisioner, and all other random questions we had.

Many thanks go to the staff at Catered To for helping us have a wonderful vacation in St John. We loved our house and it was perfect for our needs. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and snorkel. The house was fully equipped in every way and very comfortable. We hope to rent it again next year. Thanks again!

We just concluded our 24th stay on St John, USVI. Our favorite villa is Latitude. It’s a great size, great sized pool, and wonderful hot tub. The kitchen has all that you need to have meals in, or for packing food for the beach. The views are outstanding. Overlooking Klein and Rendezvous Bays. In the event the electric goes off on Island, there is a generator.

Catered To is excellent. Their staff are all incredibly helpful and delightful to work with from Vernesta, Vicky, Jackie, Ericsson, Sean, Mike, Mike, and those answering a phone call. They make the stay quite easy. We have stayed at Latitude several times as it works nicely for us. Great location with great views and the villa is nicely appointed.

Weve rented several homes on St John. Different plusses for each. Steps to a clear-water swimming beach (bring water shoes); barely 8 min drive to Cruz Bay on smooth roads; everything needed for meals at home; plenty of outdoor spaces to relax in sun and shade; 3 delightful bedrooms w en-suite baths. Longer drive to North Shore, but great being able to walk to swim at Klein Bay. Less windy than higher elevations; South shore more sunny generally than North. Catered To great to work with as host; their properties always well maintained.
