Bananaquit Villa is a charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with pool, located in Virgin Grand Estates above Cruz Bay overlooking Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas and beyond. White sailboats on the azure sea, dramatic sunsets, and the twinkling lights of St. Thomas at night are all part of the incomparable panoramic view.

This villa is designed to help you relax, unwind, and enjoy. Tropical gardens with lush foliage and exotic blooms line the walkway that welcomes you. The great room offers a large space for everyone to be together, but with the incredible view and the gentle breezes, you will want to be poolside all day. The 3 private bedrooms have ensuite baths, air-conditioning, lots of windows and grand views. All three ensuite baths have double sink vanities, walk in showers and plenty of privacy.

Perfect house for our stay

Our family had a wonderful vacation. This house is very convenient to beaches and eating. We loved the view. Everything about it was wonderful.

Everyone I interacted with was wonderful, especially our greeter Wini. The home is very clean, very functional, and private. We enjoyed the wonderful kitchen, pool, covered veranda, AC, and dozens of ceiling fans (it was hot outside that week!). We had been to other villas that were already booked up, so we went with Bananaquit and were blown away. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home in St John. The home was clean, kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils and cleaning supplies, bathrooms had start up supplies and beach towels and chairs too! We loved the views! St John has beautiful beaches and fun restaurants!
