One of the few rental villas on St. John with private beach access, Alondras is ideally located just a few yards from the lapping waves of Great Cruz Bay and walking distance to The Westin Resort. Alondras is a beautifully appointed vacation retreat. This four-bedroom, five-bath home offers a large fully loaded kitchen, dining areas and interior access to all bedrooms, as well as central air conditioning, smart TV’s, a stationary bicycle, elliptical equipment and a SONOS sound system. If you like being on the water this villa has two kayaks and two SUP’s (stand up paddle boarding) for guest use.

With several sun-drenched decks, a beautiful pool and spa that looks out on the harbor, and invigorating island breezes and captivating views of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea, Alondras is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle. But if you do want a little bustle, island-style, Cruz Bay is just five minutes away, with lots of excellent options for dining, shopping and entertainment. And thanks to Alondras comfort and style, you’re sure to have the most relaxing vacation of your life.

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our family of six! We spent hours hanging out in the pool and hot tub. The view is spectacular and the layout offered great options for seating in and out of the sun. The Sonos system allowed us to enjoy our own music. The location close to town was helpful, but it was still very private. We never heard a peep from the Westin next door, and although we imagined going over there for a drink, we were so content with the house that we simply never left. We have rented villas in St. John five times and this one was, hands down, the BEST!

Villa Alondras was a great place for my wife and I to take our adult children. Each of the 4 rooms was basically like a master bedroom. The view from the pool was very nice and a direct path to the beach was a bonus. It was very close to town and a small mini mart was just across the street. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed at the property with four couples. Perfectly laid out for that with four master suites. All have balconies. House was well maintained and well stocked. Location is great - steps to beach, close to Westin, close to downtown/restaurants. Nothing but positives to say about this property

This was our second year at this villa. 7 of us have been vacationing together for 20 years and this is our favorite rental. Very convenient location... Close to everything without having to drive on steep and dangerous roads. The Villa is always immaculate and very well appointed. The common living space is perfect for a group. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable... And the bathrooms are as well.
The pool is totally delightful and exposed to enough sunlight That makes it always a nice temperature. Outdoor dining is in a shaded area, which makes it perfect throughout the day.
Henry, the property manager, was always easy to contact, was on site to greet us, and returned texts immediately.
We have no negatives or suggestions as to how to make this place nicer... And we’re looking forward to coming back next year!
