Villa Adagio is a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa with spectacular views of Great Cruz Bay and St Thomas, allowing for peaceful days and stunning sunsets.

Enter through a privacy gate into the tropical garden. The front door leads into the great room with a beautiful pool and unending views as well as a cozy living room with entertainment center. Throughout the house are several comfortable sitting areas offering incredible panoramas.

Two of the bedrooms are located on either side of the great room with interior access and the third has its own private entrance. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a private sitting room and an ensuite bathroom, 2 of which have outdoor showers. All bedrooms have a television and a/c. The spacious deck overlooks the bay and St. Thomas and offers comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas for those who prefer shade. Enjoy the elegant formal dining room or use the outdoor dining area in the lush garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes all cooking and dining amenities, elegant glass- and tableware and top of the line appliances. Just a short drive takes you into town and to the many breathtaking beaches.

We have been coming to St. John for almost 25 years and have stayed in many accommodations, but once we stayed in Villa Adagio, we determined that was our go-to spot. We had stayed there for years before the hurricanes of 2017 destroyed it and were thrilled to be able to get back to this year. The rebuild maintained the integrity and quality that we had appreciated in the original home. Villa Adagio is beautiful, comfortable, functional and convenient to town.

We required maintenance to come out for a minor issue and they were extremely responsive and resolved the issue efficiently.

The front and back outdoor space alternate between sun and shade so you can always find what you are looking for.

The pool is refreshing as well as quite a conversation piece.

The morning view of the bay is serene and the evening sunsets are stunning.

This is an overall great villa!

We had a terrific stay at Villa Adagio. Great view of the bay. Everything you could need for food and beverages (gas stove, cookware, blender...). Very clean, plus midweek housekeeping! Plenty of parking for the two jeeps we rented. Loved the outdoor showers. Great sound system. Very short drive to Cruz Bay, or the store.

Villa Adagio feels like a home away from home. My husband and I have been renting it 1-2x a year for over 10 years. The house itself is beautiful, functional and comfortable and has great sunset views (especially in the earlier part of the year). The indoor pool is a great and fun feature. You can always find sun on the deck and shade in the beautiful yard on the other side of the house. The house is always very clean and has everything you could need. It is located only a few minutes from Cruz Bay and right up the road from one of three nearby grocery stores and just a few minutes from the car ferry. This house also puts you within easy reach of the north shore beaches. Over the years we have had to contact the managing agent and whatever issue we had was resolved quickly. The locations of the three bedrooms provides great privacy. I personally love the outdoor showers. We have tried other villas in several areas on St. John, but we do not even look for other homes anymore. Villa Adagio is it for us. I can't recommend it enough.
