Spend your days relaxing beside the large lap saltwater pool, soaking in the warm spa, or unwinding on the sandy area between the villa and the water. The spacious kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure, while the breezy balcony provides the perfect place to dine, gather with family and friends, or simply enjoy the view.

When the day comes to an end, retreat to one of four comfortable bedroom suites, where you’ll drift off to sleep to the soothing sound of waves gently breaking against the shore just outside your door.

Our group of 8 had an amazing time at the Sunset Beach Villa during our 5 night stay! It is a large, updated home with gorgeous views all around. It is about a 12 minute drive to get to Cruz Bay by car so very convenient. The Catered To team was very responsive before and during our stay and took care of our minor issues very promptly. The home is well-equipped and we cooked many of our meals at the house without any issues. The AC in the rooms are great and kept us cooled off. Also appreciated having 2 sets of washer/dryers on site. We loved having access to our own pool as well as rocky beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect place for 4 couples; pool is terrific, and rocky beach was perfect for fishing/kayaking in the early morning before heading to the beaches. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous views. Catered To was excellent to deal with - very responsive to questions. Our stay with three other couples there was simply perfect.

Four adults, three kids. House was perfect. Pool was shaded in the afternoon so the kids could swim without concerns of getting burned. Kitchen very well equipped. No AC in main area not an issue, we were there in mid June as doors and windows on all four sides. Great covered porch on upper level perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing anytime. They provide beach towels, huge packing help. And washing machine and dryer allowed us to wash bathing suits mid trip. Not far from grocery store. Would return every year if the kids would come

Spent a week here with my spouse and 3 other couples. Amazing views, great snorkeling right off the point. The pool is beautiful, clean, and a wonderful place to relax after a morning exploring Cruz Bay or north shore beaches. The outdoor showers in two of the bedrooms are an amazing feature! The house is well maintained and we felt right at home for the whole week.

Sunset Beach is a fabulous property in many, many ways. The location and view are awesome. The cleanliness was excellent. The management company was amazingly helpful. The pool is incredible.

This was our second stay at Sunset Beach and it was even better the second time around. The pool is outstanding! With four bedrooms, everyone has space for themselves, but the large common area was wonderful for gathering together. The outdoor areas are fantastic, as is the proximity to the water, as there are very few waterfront villas in St John. All in all, a fantastic villa!
