With an infinity-edge pool, plush bar pavilion, pool table, TV room, and 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, this villa is ideal for daytime relaxation or evening soirees.

EauSea’s location makes for lots of lovely island breezes, and it’s also a perfect jumping off point for exploring St. John. And for days when you’re more in the mood to put your feet up than go out on adventures, this villa is definitely the place to be. A large great room and kitchen area is equipped with every modern convenience and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The four bedroom suites are private and richly appointed (three with outdoor showers), and each has its own secluded patio with a view of the sea. Returning home after a long day in the sun, you can relax and watch tv by the outdoor bar area or just freshen up before rolling down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay’s laid back nightlife.

This was our second stay at Eau Sea. The property is very well done, quality all the way! Top of the line in every way, from bedding to kitchen appliances, infinity pool, poolside furniture, outdoor living space, everything! Professional and accommodating management staff! Close proximity to grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.! Visited Maho and Trunk Bay and thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely will go back to Eau Sea!

Probably the most beautiful, best appointed, everything worked villa we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous views of Great Cruz Bay, outdoor covered and non covered areas just perfect for a group of 8. Amenities we loved: WORKING ice maker, internet that worked flawlessly wherever you were in or out of house, a fully appointed kitchen with every single appliance that worked, comfortable king mattresses in every bedroom and it was CLEAN - inside and out. 10 min to Cruz Bay. Shaded outdoor pool area in afternoon. Can’t wait to come again.

EauSea is our absolute favorite villa on St. John, so much we purposely adjusted our annual summer trip to fit available dates. Perfect location minutes from the main strip, breathtaking sunrise view, the villa itself is dreamy, and the pool is to die for.

We loved our stay at Eau Sea just as much as the first time we stayed 5 years ago. The house and views are perfection. We felt secluded in Chocolate Hole, however still a less than 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and bars in Cruz Bay. I HIGHLY reccomend vacationing with Catered To.
